In an instant—everything changed.
It was March 2020 and we were gearing up for our first ever Prep School workshop. We had been planning for MONTHS! We were so excited to share our experience in small business ownership and share our passion for entrepreneurship with like minded friends. The branding was finished, we had shot our first photo shoot, and we have a venue booked. A few days before our official announcement we got the news that the world was shutting down and we were going into a lockdown.
When it became obvious that we would never get to host that first workshop we were devastated! We spent the next 2 years like everyone else – readjusting and refocusing on what really matters, connection. We were reminded that at its core Prep School is a space for business owners that are just trying to figure it out and build a career that works for them. We want to give people the fundamental tools they need to operate their business with confidence and precision instead of feeling like they have cobbled a bunch of random things together.
